Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Lorena 5.0Arnold was a dream to ride and drive, super spacious + comfortable bed and sleep! Arny is super robust so I felt confident on my first journey traveling solo. Double sided doors makes the world of difference when navigating luggage and creates more space when chilling out in down time. Heaps of power and control on the road, rides like a plane. Frank and Sue were fast communicators, problem solvers, accommodating and professional. Top tier people. Thanks for making this initial camping experience the best van gang! Ha
