What if I’m not sure about the hirer?
As the owner of the van, you have complete control over the booking. A hirer can only pay their deposit once you’ve decided that you’re happy with their plans and approved the booking. If you subscribe to Instant Book functionality, approval is automatic upon hirer payment. If you don’t feel comfortable with the hirer, the route they are taking or the distance they are covering, then we recommend you don’t approve the booking.
How does damage protection work?

All vans (caravans, motorhomes, camper trailers, campervans, tow vehicles, etc) listed on our site must have damage protection for hire either through MyWay Protect, or through a Bring Your Own comprehensive insurance policy that covers rentals. We work to develop tailored protection solutions for our members. The MyWay Protect product is designed to provide protection for damage that occurs when out on hire, subject to the terms of the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). At Camplify, we understand that accidents may happen, and your vehicle is an important asset. We've worked with MyWay Mutual to bring you a membership that provides protection through MyWay Protect for damage, theft, third-party loss, malicious damage, storms, hail, flood, and fire. Not only that, MyWay Protect includes protection for up to $2,000 maximum in total for owner contents. The contents are items that are noted as extra products on your listing that have been selected for hire. You must be able to provide proof of purchase.
