Tommy is such a dream to drive. A Toyota Granvia Automatic Diesel, plenty of power to get up those hills. He is kitted out with all the equipment you will need for a fabulous trip around New Zealand. This includes: comfortable bed and bedding, 100 per cent cotton sheets/ salt pepper tea and coffee Air conditioning. Sky light. Good radio. A small chilled fridge that cools food and drinks when the van is operating . Pots and pans. Plates, glasses/cups and cutlery. Camp chairs and table.(if wanted please request) Camp cooker. Linen. The kitchen is inside and the set up is super easy to operate. We will deliver to Auckland for a small charge unless you have a booking of four weeks or more. Hamilton airport and bus station for no charge. Other spots around Waikato are also possible for an easy start to your kiwi adventures. Includes 200kms a day overall, and a small surcharge over this. Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Great communication from Sue and Frank: very understanding, flexible, and easy to deal with. The van looks quite beaten up and old on the outside, but dont let that fool you: the inside is fantastic. Its extremely well equipped, spacious, and offers plenty of storage, and the bed is big. The engine is surprisingly good and powerful for an older van, and it drives very well. Overall, excellent value for the money and a great campervan experience.

    We loved spending 2,5 weeks in Tommy! Its a really nice van and the communication with Sue was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

    Tommy was the best way to visit New Zealand. We enjoyed even more the visit to this wonderful country thanks to him, as it was so easy to drive and it has all the facilities we need to live during 3 weeks (we would stayed even more if we could). Moreover the communication with Sue was perfect from the first time and she helped us with everything we needed. We totally recommend Tommy to discover New Zealand!
