Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Andrea 5.0I cant recommend renting this van enough to experience a dream trip in New Zealand. We traveled for a full month, drove almost 6,000 km, and never had a single issue. The van is perfect for two people: well equipped, spacious, and above all self-contained (which is essential in New Zealand). Sue and Frank are always ready to help with any questions incredibly kind, helpful, and full of great advice. Book with them, you wont regret it.
Oscar 5.0Awesome customer service. Genuinely welcoming and easy to work with. The lovely couple that own the van really do care and it shows. Van was comfortable, well thought out and had a lot of character! Would highly recommend renting out this camper for a good adventure.
