Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Cristina 5.0We had a fantastic experience with the Captain Blue campervan. We rented it for 2 weeks after our first rental broke down, and it really allowed us to enjoy our last weeks of vacation. Its super comfortable and spacious, and the best part is being able to stand inside. It has all the necessary kitchen utensils. The owners, Julian and Inga, were very kind and attentive throughout the entire time, making sure everything was fine and that we were comfortable. I would definitely rent it again and highly recommend renting Captain Blue for a vacation in New Zealand.
