Additional information
* Please no off road driving or driving on unsealed roads such as driving up ski fields as it’s unsafe. * No smoking or vaping in the motorhome * No pets. * Road user charges are charged at 0.09c per km for diesel vehicles this is worked out via the post hire checklist. * We provide you with a full tank of diesel - please return with a full tank for the next renter * We provide LPG gas bottles - no need to refil this is included in your rental. * Please ensure the toilet cassette and grey water are emptied and the fresh water tank is refilled (you can select to have the van cleaned and refilled if you are limited on time which is $99.00 - please book this via the optional extras) * We are available for any help or advice whilst travelling and can help with itinerary preparations.
Hiring rules
- No smoking please
- No off roading please do not drive up ski fields or gravel roads as this could damage the vehicle and is unsafe for you
- Please return with a full tank of diesel. Empty and wash out toilet cassette and refill with fresh water please ready for the next guests.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

She accommodated all our requests, including a one-way trip with drop-off in a different location, something most companies simply wouldnt do. What really made the experience special was how much Angie genuinely cares, both about the RV and about her guests. She was always available, always went the extra mile, and consistently helped us beyond expectations. From providing complimentary accessories (many of which our friends didnt get with other rental companies) to guiding us through everything we needed after a small incident, she was exceptional. We would absolutely rent from her again and strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and truly caring RV rental experience.
