Travel the South Island in luxury. Our motor home is perfect for exploring New Zealand's amazing scenery with all the comforts of home. Our high end 5 berth motorhome has automatic transmission, reverse camera, is fully certified and self contained. It is really easy and comfortable to drive and can be driven on a car licence. Whether you are keen to travel around or relax by a lake our motorhome has everything you need. Our motor home has 2 seating areas - one lovely dining area & one super comfortable lounge area with 2 sofas. It offers 3 sleeping areas (one fixed bed above the cab that sleeps 2, a convertible queen bed in the lounge area and another convertible double bed in the dining area) and is fully equipped with all of the essentials to make your trip the best it can be. We offer freshly laundered towels, linen and cosy bedding, outdoor chairs and table, an easy to use BBQ, cooking and eating/drinking utensils and essential pantry items such as tea, coffee, plunger coffee, sugar, milk, cookies, salt, pepper, oil, cleaning products, tin foil, baking paper, plastic wrap and handwashes to get you on your way. Our motorhome has lovely big windows and is nice and modern inside with fitted fly screens and blinds to ensure a comfortable stay. Our motorhome has a toilet and separate shower cubicle with window (alot do not offer bathroom windows). It has 135L of fresh water and 85L of waste water storage so plenty to keep you going. The hot water is heated by either gas or electricity and there is also a heater to keep you toasty warm on cold days. There is a good sized wardrobe that will hold 2 suit cases and plenty of cupboard space along with storage under the seats. The kitchen features 3 gas hobs, a 96 litre fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, an awing for shade when sitting or dining outside, smoke alarm, and gas alarm . There is a smart tv with a DVD player that you can hot spot from your phone to watch netflix/you tube etc and a selection of board games and cards. For those wanting to explore on bike we have a bike rack that fits to the tow bar at no extra cost - just let us know before you arrive so we can set this up for you. We have extensive knowledge of travelling the South Island and can offer airport pick ups. We will give you the full run down on how to operate the motorhome and are just a phone call away should you need assistance. Whether you want to relax and unwind or are keen to get out and about to explore we have the motorhome for you. Posh Spice is perfect for going to Milford Sound or Mt Cook, is very easy to drive and very economical on fuel.

Posh Spice is a wonderful motorhome. Please take good care of her. We hope you look after her and please do not go off road or into areas that are not suitable to motorhomes. - We divide you with a full tank of diesel and please ensure you return the vehicle with a full tank for the next guests. - Ensure the toilet cassette is emptied and reset, water is refiled - Road user charges are 0.09c per in km. Charged at the end of your stay.

Hiring rules

  • Our motorhome is nonsmoking. Please do not vape or smoke inside the motorhome.
  • Please do not go off road or up ski fields as this is to ensure your safety and is too risky
  • for our motorhome.
  • Please do not use awning in windy conditions
  • Please ensure the toilet cassette is emptied and cleaned before returning
  • Grey water tank to be emptied and fresh water refilled before returning
  • We supply you with a full tank of diesel, please also refil before returning.
  • Please return motorhome in same condition you received. No need to do laundry we
  • will launder sheets, bedding, towels and tea towels etc.
  • No need to refil the LPG gas for BBQ and motorhome as this is included in the price.
  • Road user charges worked out on return at 0.09c per km only pay for what you use :)
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had an amazing 5 days in posh spice... there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay for us and our 5 month old.. including a gas heater which kept us warm on the cold nights. Would highly recommend Angie as a host.. she was super helpful.
