Hiring rules
- 200kms per day are free additional kms will be charged at 30c/km
- Strictly no smoking in the van.
- No offroad/gravel tracks (the van isn't insured for damage to the undercarriage)
- Never cut food with a knife in the pots or pans. Use silicone or wooden cooking utensils and avoid metal.
- Treat it as if it was your own.
- Tolls and parking are your responsibility.
- Return the camper van with a full tank of fuel, toilet emptied and cleaned (if used) and in a clean & tidy condition.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Hermine 4.3Its a really nice camper, I found everything I needed for a comfortable time to explore the South Island. The battery is a little bit weak, so it was only enough power for around 30h. I talked to Angus and he will install a solarpanel on the roof and then all is good. I want to come back next summer to hire this van!

Angus and Coral were so helpful and responded to any queries very quickly. Would definitely recommend this van to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress free camping trip!
