Hiring rules
- let's stay clear of rough terrain (no beaches, offroading or extended gravel roads) – If you have a gravel road you'd love to travel you can message me and we can talk about it (needs to be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins)
- Return vehicle with full tank of fuel PETROL only.
- Take all of your belongings and dispose of any rubbish. We’ll take care of the rest.
- Only use toilet if absolutely necessary. If used, empty the cassette into a legal dump site or toilet and clean it thoroughly. If not empty and clean a $150.00 charge will incur.
- Awning must be packed away in windy weather or heavy rain.
- No cooking (or minimal in case of bad weather) inside the van, please use the provided gas cooker outside as much as possible.
- EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0800 779 779.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO Smoking inside
- FUEL Return full of PETROL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- CLEANING Clean the equipment,
- Vehicle must be returned in a tidy state.
- LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 kilometres a day. This will be averaged out over the duration of hire Example: 5 days hire 5 x 200 km Allowance: 2000 km for hire permitted in the rate, additional kms will be charged at 30c per km and deducted on completion of the hire.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

She offered a comfy place to come back to after the days adventures and handled the narrow, winding roads with ease. Storm became our home for the last 2 weeks and we couldnt have asked for a better experience! Would 100% hire Storm again. And Angus was extremely quick to reply to all our questions and needs making the whole process easy and smooth.
