Hiring rules

• BEDDING MUST be put on cushions when sleeping.
• CLEANING Please return Vanelope cleaned using the cleaning products provided.
• LINEN If your hire included linen, please be considerate and run these through a Laundromat before you return.
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call someone to help. Then call us.
• DAMAGE If any damage happens, please report it immediately We need to know who, what, where and when.
• No OFFROAD / No UNSEALED roads and No BEACH adventures please.
• LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to travel in Vanelope up to 150km's per day. (This will be averaged out over the duration of hire Example: 5 days hire 5 x 150km Allowance) After this limit is reached, extra km's are absolutely fine but they will be chargeable. Camplify will facilitate a charge of 60c per kilometre over the allocated allowance based on the start and end odometer readings and this will be paid for through your bond after the completion of the trip. Please be conscious that Vanelope is a diesel vehicle and therefore subject to road user charges, so it would be fair that $0.09 per kilometre driven is paid by you as a guest to help cover this. (Payable by Cash or Camplify Will deduct on completion of the hire.)
• FUEL Please return Vanelope full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• SHOWER There is a shower onboard. Make sure the grey water is empty on return.
• CLEANING AND RETURN Return Vanelope with all the onboard equipment and the Van as clean as when you received it.
• POWER Please recharge the power station to 100% using solar or power plug included.
• COOKING GAS refilled from petrol stations. If using the portable BBQ gas canisters please replenish the amount of cans that you use!
• NO SMOKING is allowed inside.
• No Festivals, Party's or Bush Doofs

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  We loved travelling in Vanelope! She was easy to drive and had plenty of space for the two of us. It was a little disappointing to find at handover that the toilet was not very usable but other than that we have zero complaints. Would definitely recommend Vanelope for your next road trip!

  Absolutely amazing! Vanelope was everything we needed for our holiday and I highly recommend it. The van was clean when we picked it up and the van had many features that made our travel very comfortable. The van managers were extremely helpful with recommendations of things to do and apps to use to find campsites. The bed is very comfortable and the amenities were great. Thanks again

  My partner and I used Vanelope for 19 nights, and we had such a great experience! The van was reliable, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our road trip. It was super easy to drive and well equipped for cooking, sleeping, and relaxing after a long day of exploring. Luke was also fantastic, he replied quickly to any questions we had and even offered us some great recommendations for our trip, which helped us make the most of our time on the road. Would definitely recommend Vanelope to anyone looking for a campervan!

  Vanelope is INCREDIBLE!! Luke had thought of everything and showed us how it all worked. Communication was great. Such a modern luxury feel. We backed her up and opened up the back doors and had an uninterrupted ocean front view right from our bed. Easy to drive. Highly recommended!!!
