Hiring rules

• BEDDING MUST be put on cushions when sleeping.
• CLEANING Please return Vinnie cleaned using the cleaning products provided.
• LINEN If your hire included linen, lease be considerate and run these through a Laundromat before you return.
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call someone to help. Then call us.
• DAMAGE If any damage happens, please report it immediately We need to know who, what, where and when.
• No OFFROAD / No UNSEALED roads and No BEACH adventures please.
• LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to travel in Vinnie up to 150km's per day. (This will be averaged out over the duration of hire Example: 5 days hire 5 x 150km Allowance) After this limit is reached, extra km's are absolutely fine but they will be chargeable. Camplify will facilitate a charge of 60c per kilometre over the allocated allowance based on the start and end odometer readings and this will be paid for through your bond after the completion of the trip. Please be conscious that Vinnie is a diesel vehicle and therefore subject to road user charges, so it would be fair that $0.09 per kilometre driven is paid by you as a guest to help cover this. (Payable by Cash or Camplify Will deduct on completion of the hire.)
• FUEL Please return Vinnie full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• SHOWER There is a shower onboard. Make sure the grey water is empty on return.
• CLEANING AND RETURN Return Vinnie with all the onboard equipment and the Van as clean as when you received it.
• POWER Please recharge the power station to 100% using solar or power plug included.
• COOKING GAS refilled from petrol stations. If using the portable BBQ gas canisters please replenish the amount of cans that you use!
• NO SMOKING is allowed inside.
• No Festivals, Party's or Bush Doofs

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  We had a great experience renting Lukes campervan for two weeks! Communication with Luke was excellenthe always responded to our messages immediately, which made everything smooth and easy. The van itself was spacious and the bed was actually very comfortable, with handy features like CarPlay and a reverse camera, which made driving and navigating a breeze. Some of the storage areas were a bit inconvenient to access, as they required unscrewing bolts, but overall, there was enough room for our stuff. Unfortunately, the built-in burner wasnt working, but Luke provided a camping cooker. After a couple of days, the tap stopped working, so be sure to keep it charged. If youre relying on battery power, keep in mind that the unfoldable solar panel needs sunlight to rechargewithout sun, the battery drains about 20-30% daily. It worked for us, but if you are on the road most of the time and not on camping grounds it can be a bit difficult to keep the battery charged. We didnt use the shower, but it was nice to be able to rinse off outside after a swim when no showers were available. Overall, a solid campervan for a road trip, with great support from Luke! Would recommend, just be prepared for a few minor workarounds.

  We had a great time with Vinnie! Just a note that the bed is a side sleeper so if you are super tall like us it is a bit of a squeeze! Great communication with Luke, he was super helpful and provided camping chairs that we requested. Thanks Luke!
