Our van is named after our trusty dog "Bowie" A friend you can always rely on and up for any adventure! The ideal vehicle for exploring New Zealand. Green stickered and ready to go for off-grid or freedom camping. This layout was created and built by New Zealand owned company “Vanlifer Ltd.” with high-quality finishes and well-designed layout. Features include: Flexible living space Easily convert the spacious and comfortable bed into a seating area with dining table, perfect for games on a rainy day, or enjoying a nice meal with a beautiful view. Plenty of storage inside with smart compartments throughout. Well-equipped kitchen: Cook indoors or out with a pull out kitchen at the rear or kitchen top inside. Hire Fee

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Bowie was a brilliant van! For handling the NZ roads and for comfort when camping this is great van! Kevin is a great host as well always quick to reply and helpful, we will book this van next time were in NZ for sure!

    Bowie was better than we could have imagined. Kevin has a serious background in vanlife and it shows with his practical and efficient van design. The bed was comfortable and accommodating to my slightly above average height. Its an easy to drive automatic. It didnt feel sluggish in the steeper country despite solid fuel economy. I would not hesitate to book again and hope to do so soon. Kevin is an excellent communicator and has good suggestions if you go into your NZ trip without a plan. Make your trip easy, rent this van.

    We had an excellent month-long holiday in Bowie the campervan - the van is well outfitted & well cared for .. I would describe it as having everything you need, and nothing that you dont - Kevin communicated well & promptly throughout .. this was an important part of our decision to hire his van - the price was reasonable I recommend this van & working with Kevin !
