Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Benjamin 5.0Stepan was very friendly and chill. Very easy to communicate with him. The van was great ! Really practical with a lot of storage, easy setup of the lower bed in just a minute and really clean as expected. We really enjoyed the space there is in the van, even with two kids and a dog, the living area was just great to eat and relax !
Robby 5.0Captain was an excellent van and Stepan is a great guy. Easy communication and pick up / drop off. The speakers in the back (that run off auxillary battery) are a great addition, would definitely rent again!
Jan-Michael 5.0Amazing! Stepan was there for anything we needed and the Capitan is a beast! We put just under 5k on it and had the absolute best time travelling NZ. Very reliable, safe, and convenient vehicle, wouldnt change a thing.
