Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The campervan was perfect for our 4 days trip with our two kids. It was well furnished and in good condition.

    The entire experience was perfect. Stepan was great to deal with. The handover was comprehensive, and he was very responsive before and during the hire. The van was the perfect design; compact, but with plenty of space. Everything functioned as expected and Stepan clearly kept everything in good working order. We were sad to hand the van back to Stepan!

    We had an amazing experience renting the campervan. Stepan was absolutely great very helpful, friendly and responsive from the beginning. The van itself was fantastic, clean, well-equipped and perfectly prepared for our trip around New Zealand. The handover process and all the information about the vehicle were top-notch. Everything was clearly explained and smooth, so we could just start our adventure without any stress. Honestly, nothing to complain about. Highly recommended!

    We had the best time with this van! Because we wanted to explore some of New Zealands more remote locations, we were looking for something smaller and more manoeuvrable than many of the other vans available, but still comfortable for two people. This van was ideal. We had an excellent experience and Stepan was great to hire from. Our only regret was not booking it for two weeks instead of just the one.
