Hi, I'm Stepan

We had a great trip in Akina. We spent a month in the van, and it had everything we needed, was clean, and clearly well taken care of. We brought our mountain bikes on this trip and Akina had a bike rack that worked for our bikes. Stepan was great to work with, and went above and beyond simply loaning us his van. He picked us up from the airport at the start of our trip and dropped us off at the airport at the end of our trip. He allowed us to assemble our bikes and stow our bike bags in his garage, and he was great at responding to messages if we had any questions. Our only two notes about the van were that the bed is not the most comfortable, and it is difficult to drive in windy conditions. Aside from those two small complaints we had a wonderful time using Akina to travel and explore all over New Zealand, and we would definitely rent a van from Stepan again in the future.

We had an amazing experience renting the campervan. Stepan was absolutely great very helpful, friendly and responsive from the beginning. The van itself was fantastic, clean, well-equipped and perfectly prepared for our trip around New Zealand. The handover process and all the information about the vehicle were top-notch. Everything was clearly explained and smooth, so we could just start our adventure without any stress. Honestly, nothing to complain about. Highly recommended!

We had the best time with this van! Because we wanted to explore some of New Zealands more remote locations, we were looking for something smaller and more manoeuvrable than many of the other vans available, but still comfortable for two people. This van was ideal. We had an excellent experience and Stepan was great to hire from. Our only regret was not booking it for two weeks instead of just the one.

Stepan was very friendly and chill. Very easy to communicate with him. The van was great ! Really practical with a lot of storage, easy setup of the lower bed in just a minute and really clean as expected. We really enjoyed the space there is in the van, even with two kids and a dog, the living area was just great to eat and relax !

Stepan was efficient, responsive and super helpful. Communicated everything we needed to know thoroughly so that we could feel well equipped for our first ever camper van trip. Definitely keen to use it again. Thanks Stepan!!!

We were a family of 4 (10 and 7 year olds) and we had a great time in the van. It was clean, easy to drive and set up each night, and had everything you could possibly need. Stepan was a really friendly host. Would definitely recommend this van!
