Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

All the necessary equipment was included and all the information about pick up and drop off was handled really nice. Thanks a lot bradley and all the best with that beast in your garage! Madeline Kay 5.0Cruisy was awesome! Bradley was super cool and friendly to communicate with and to rent from. His main concern was us enjoying NZ! The van ran super well, it was really clean, it had all the necessary items we needed for our 2 week rental. Bradley is also a mechanic so we felt super comfortable and safe driving it around because we knew this about him. We were so happy with our booking and will definitely book again when we come back. Thanks again, we had an epic time in Cruisy.
