Hiring rules

No Smoking: Smoking inside the caravan is strictly prohibited to maintain cleanliness and prevent odours.
OffRoad Use: The caravan is not to be taken offroad or on unsealed roads exceeding a certain distance (e.g., 7 km), unless explicitly agreed upon.
TOILET cassette MUST be returned empty following a comprehensive rinse and clean after every hire. Internal toilet and surrounding floor/wall MUST be thoroughly wiped with supplied sanitisation cleaning products. Time poor choose the CLEAN ME toilet inclusive option in EXTRAS and simply return the cassette empty.
Cleaning: The caravan must be returned in a clean condition. A cleaning fee may be applied if the caravan is not returned tidy.
Hirer to supply their own bed sheets and pillows.
EMERGENCY/DAMAGE if a road accident occurs get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 03 668 1211 option 4. If minor damage/breakage occurs please report IMMEDIATELY to owner so repair/replacement logistics can be organised immediately.

Pet Policy Conditions and Restrictions:
All pet hair must be removed before returning the caravan.
Any accidents or messes caused by the pet must be cleaned up immediately by the hirer.
An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive pet hair or odors are left behind.
Pets must not be left unattended in the caravan at any time.
Any damage caused by the pet (e.g., scratches, chewing, or stains) will be the responsibility of the hirer and may incur additional charges.
Hirers must notify the owner in advance if they intend to bring pets and provide details about the pet (e.g., breed, size, and age).

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $120.00 per day
Service fee: $40.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Caravan was exactly as described. Very good condition with everything needed. Jimmy gave a very thorough induction with all the key information and excellent communication throughout.

The caravan was in excellent condition, very clean, and well equipped. Must have been very well cared for as it looks much newer than its actual age. Appreciated the layout with french bed, full kitchen, large bathroom. Awning extension was a nice feature. Jimmy answered all my questions and was good a communicator. Raymond who was there for pick up and drop off was very accommodating to our schedule changes. Highly recommend .
