Hiring rules

  • 1. No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads.
  • 2. Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
  • 3. No smoking inside / no pets OR pets only upon application / no festivals
  • 4. Hirer age restrictions (21 or 25) based on the owners membership
  • 5. Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
  • 6. Vehicle must be returned cleaned or you’ll risk a cleaning fee of $150.00
  • 7 Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required.
  • 8. If you have used the toilet, please make sure it is thoroughly cleaned.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
