Jimmy and Jennifer were absolutely excellent to deal with from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful and informative, taking the time to clearly explain how everything worked and making sure we felt confident before heading off. They even went the extra mile by changing the tow ball to the correct size for the caravan, which made the whole process seamless. Nothing felt like a hassle to them, and their friendly, can-do attitude really stood out. Highly recommend hiring from themgenuinely good people who make the experience easy and stress-free.

Caravan was exactly as described. Very good condition with everything needed. Jimmy gave a very thorough induction with all the key information and excellent communication throughout.

The caravan was in excellent condition, very clean, and well equipped. Must have been very well cared for as it looks much newer than its actual age. Appreciated the layout with french bed, full kitchen, large bathroom. Awning extension was a nice feature. Jimmy answered all my questions and was good a communicator. Raymond who was there for pick up and drop off was very accommodating to our schedule changes. Highly recommend .
