Hiring rules

• Please confirm that all drivers are over the age of 21 and have held a full license for at least two years.
• Soft luggage and bedding only to be stored inside. If collecting from our house we can store bulky bags or offer soft bags to use. No bikes or surfboards to be put inside,
• No smoking or vaping inside or a deodorisation fee of $350.00 may be deducted from the bond on return.
• RUC Charges $9.00 per 100km payable by Cash or Campify will deduct on completion of the hire,
• Motorhome to be returned with full tank of diesel, We will cover gas bottle.
• Toilet to be cleaned and emptied, Grey water/waste water tank emptied.
• No festivals or events without prior consultation.
• Awning must be packed away in winds over 10knots .
• Emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard pull over immediately. If a accident occurs get of the road stay safe call us or Campify on 0800 779 779.
• Camper must be returned cleaned or risk a cleaning fee.
• Hirer must be over 21 years old

  We had to deal with a few damages which appeared while using the camper (water&motor) which led to some inconveniences and cost us a bit of time but Rebecca&Mike were really kind and helped us as best as they could! Apart from that we had an amazing time spending almost every day in another wonderful place

  Travelled well. Amenities great. Comfortable ride. The mesh windows & mesh door were very convenient for the weather Had some extras such as outdoor chairs, and outside table that was nice to use. Had some issue with outside awning and was not sure on procedure needed to remedy the situation. Eventually, this was sorted which needed communication with owner and other RV service provider. The fridge was a little warm for leaving food items, even when the temperature was at maximum level. One of the beds was advertised as king size, however, it was missing additional swabs to make it that size. Opening door from the outside posed some issues & had to utilise passenger door sometimes to enter inside. 1x outdoor compartment difficult to open Regards, L &D.
