Hiring rules
- Please confirm that all drivers are over the age of 21 and have held a full license for at least two years.
- Soft luggage and bedding only to be stored inside. If collecting from our house we can store bulky bags or offer soft bags to use. No bikes or surfboards to be put inside,
- No smoking or vaping inside or a deodorisation fee of $350.00 may be deducted from the bond on return.
- RUC Charges $9.00 per 100km payable by Cash or Campify will deduct on completion of the hire,
- Motorhome to be returned with full tank of diesel, We will cover gas bottle.
- Toilet to be cleaned and emptied, Grey water/waste water tank emptied.
- No festivals or events without prior consultation.
- Awning must be packed away in winds over 10knots .
- EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call emergency services on 111 if required. Or call Camplify on +643 668 1211 and choose 4 for roadside assistance. Then call us.
- Camper must be returned cleaned or risk a cleaning fee.
- Hirer must be over 21 years old
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Una 5.0We had a fabulous time in Chow Chow. It was surprisingly easy to drive. Plenty of room (family of four). Rebecca was great to deal with, very easy going, and replied immediately to any messages. I would recommend Chow Chow to any friends going to NZ.
Barry 4.5Great experience overall, Rebecca was very helpful prior to arriving in country. Chow Chow was so easy to drive and had plenty of power for the big hills. As always when going around for almost a month we had some issues we raised with Rebecca at end of hire and she has taken everything on board and I'm sure future hirers will appreciate this. Lauren 4.5Great use of the van for our family of 5 travelling around the South Island of New Zealand. Van goes well, communication was great from Rebecca when a warning light popped up, had everything we needed - although we stayed in camp sites we didnt use anything but the beds and fridge its a great van for travellers, especially families.
