Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Lauren 4.5Great use of the van for our family of 5 travelling around the South Island of New Zealand. Van goes well, communication was great from Rebecca when a warning light popped up, had everything we needed - although we stayed in camp sites we didnt use anything but the beds and fridge its a great van for travellers, especially families.
