* Our motorhome measurements: 7.3 meters in length, 2.35 meters in width, and 3.2 meters in height. * There is plenty of shelves and cupboards to put all your items away. However there is no storage space in the campervan large enough to fit a suitcase so we ask you to unpack your suitcase before departure, your suitcases can be stored in the storage locker at the back of the motorhome or happy for you to leave the empty cases with us and collect on return. * When requesting your booking, please provide us with your flight details and time of arrival as we would need to meet you at our home location for handover. Also please let us know number of people travelling so we can provide appropriate bedding and towels. * Motorhome pick up location is 5.7km (8 minute drive) from Queenstown airport. * Please allow 30-60 minutes for the vehicle handover when you arrive. * Please note, Camplify advertises the from price of a daily hire. The "from" price is the low season price in May and June. You will also find the min days varies depending on seasonality. To check the price, just pop in your travel dates and insurance type. If in doubt, just contact us by sending through a booking request. * Road user charges are additional to your daily rental rate and charged at $0.09 per kilometre. These are calculated based on the kilometres travelled via Camplify's pre-and post hire checklist. * Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200km's a day. This will be averaged out over the duration of the hire. Example: 4 days hire x 200km's - allowance 800km's for hire permitted in the rate, additional km's will be charged at .55c per km and deducted on completion of the hire.

Hiring rules

• No Smoking, vaping or use of illegal drugs in or near the vehicle.
• No Unsealed Roads including ski access roads, no beach driving.
• No driving on Skippers Canyon Road
• No Pets
• The vehicle must be returned in the condition of handover. We pride ourselves on great service and to ensure seamless hand over please ensure the following is completed. The rubbish is removed, the fridge is empty, bench spaces are wiped, dishes are clean and put away, floors swept out, and the toilet cassette is clean and empty. Failure to return clean will result in excess cleaning fees of $199.00 being applied.
• Linen is included please advise how many guests and ages of all travellers within your initial booking request.
• Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200kms a day. This will be averaged out over the duration of the hire. Example: 4 days hire x 200kms allowance 800kms for hire permitted in the rate, additional kms will be charged at .55c per km and deducted on completion of the hire.
• Road user charges are additional to your daily rental rate and charged at $0.09 per kilometre. These are calculated based on the kilometres travelled via Camplify’s pre and posthire checklist.
• Return with fuel full of DIESEL all hires include a full tank upon departure.
• Return with the waste water tank empty, but you don't need to worry about filling the fresh water tank.
• LPG tanks need to be refilled before return (Caltex Queenstown offer this service) $50.00 charge on LPG bottles that have not been filled up. Please keep receipt.
• Please remove all personal belongings and any rubbish from the van on drop off.
• Awning must be pack away before bad weather arises
• Any damage must be reported immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on (+64) 3 668 1211 they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!

  We had a fantastic experience hiring The Adventurer. The vehicle was great to drive, very comfortable, and reliable. We had no issues at all, even on our long journey. It was well equipped with everything we needed for two adults and two children, and surprisingly spacious for a campervan. Communication with Bernice and Jay was excellent. They were quick to respond, helpful throughout, and provided clear, simple instructions on how to use all parts of the van. They were also very flexible with both pick-up and drop-off times, which made the whole experience even easier. Highly recommend!

  We had the best family holiday that we have ever had! From our initial booking to handing the Camper van back Bernice and Jay could not have been more helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information that we needed. The van was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and was very easy to use. The seats were very spacious, the beds were simple to make and very comfortable. This was our first family holiday in a Camper and we are now hooked. I would highly recommend the Adventure and we are already planning our next trip :)

  Jay&Vernice was so nice and friendly first of all, and the van was so clean and spacious! It was also easy to install all the camping equipments, following the instruction guide. Strongly recommend to rent this van! !
