Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Tim 4.8Mark was very friendly and easy to deal with, and the camper was tidy, well equipped and easy to drive would definitely use it again

Sarah 4.5The van is very easy to drive. Both beds are comfortable although we had taken our mattress toppers and linen/duvets with us. We had some cold morning frosts but the van was never cold. We didn't use microwave as only plugged in to power twice. There didn't seem to be any bowls or plates that would go in microwave if you did want to use. A few more kitchen utensils for frypan would be handy. The sola/gas power and water storage seemed adequate and got us through 3 nights freedom camping at a time. Overall a good van. It obviously has a clean in-between hires but I'd suggest a detail every few hires for the hard to get to places like inside front door pockets etc.
