✅ We’ll run you through everything at pickup — from how to drive it, to emptying the grey water, to operating the hot water and heater. ✅ Flexible pickup and drop-off options available around Queenstown Airport area — we’ll work with your travel plans. ✅ Pets are welcome — please let us know in advance if you’re bringing a dog so we can prepare the pet-friendly area with safety gates. ✅ No smoking inside the motorhome please. ✅ Linen and towels will be provided — just advise how many people are travelling. ✅ Please return the motorhome with fuel topped up, waste tanks emptied, and interior in tidy condition. ✅ The motorhome is not permitted to be driven off-road or on unsealed tracks not suitable for standard 2WD vehicles. Camplify insurance does not cover off-road use. ✅ If you’re not sure about anything before or during your trip, we’re only a phone call away and happy to help.

Hiring rules

• ✅ General Rules
• No smoking, vaping or illegal drug use inside or near the vehicle.
• Pets allowed.
• No cooking of strong odor or highallergen foods (fish, shellfish).
• Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.
• ✅ Road Use Restrictions
• No unsealed roads, offroad use, beach driving, or ski access roads.
• Use only on sealed public roads.
• Any offroad use may void insurance and result in full liability for damages.
• ✅ Kilometre Allowance
• Daily allowance of 200 kms per day, averaged over the hire period.
• Excess kms charged at $0.50 per km.
• ✅ Fuel
• Vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of diesel.
• Must be returned full. Missing fuel will be charged at market rate plus refueling fee.
• ✅ Waste & Water
• Return with waste water tank empty.
• Fresh water tank refilling is not required.
• ✅ Cleaning Requirements
• The vehicle must be returned clean and tidy:
• Rubbish removed
• Fridge emptied
• Benchtops wiped
• Dishes cleaned and put away
• Floors swept
• Toilet cassette emptied and cleaned
• Excessive cleaning will incur a $199.00 cleaning fee.
• ✅ Booking Details
• Linen included — please provide number of guests and ages at time of booking.
• Standard pickup and dropoff times can be flexible by arrangement.

• Hirer must be 35 years of age or older.

  Daniel was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. As first-time motorhome renters, we really appreciate the thorough tour and clear easy-to-follow guidance on driving and using the vehicle. The handover process was smooth, which made us feel confident. Daniel was also very responsive to our questions and accommodating to our requests throughout. The motorhome itself was spotless, well maintained, and fully equipped with cooking utensils, bedding, towels, as well as outdoor tables and chairs as mentioned in the listing. Overall, we had an amazing first motorhome experience and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Daniel and his van to our friends and family

  We had a wonderful experience renting this van! The owners were absolutely lovely, and communication was always prompt and helpful. The van was clean and exactly as described when we picked it up, which gave us confidence right from the start. They were also very responsive to any questions we had while on the road. Our family enjoyed an amazing holiday exploring the South Island and its beautiful natural landscapes. Overall, we had a great trip and truly appreciated both the van and the excellent service from the owners. Would happily recommend.
