Additional information
We have heaps of space to park your vehicle securely. If needing the bike rack must ask in advance as isn't always available.
Hiring rules
- No smoking inside
- No off road driving
- Empty the grey water and toilet cassette before returning
- Return clean if not paying for a clean or extra cleaning fee will occur
- Return tidy if paying for a clean
- Camper will be full with diesel and LPG when you receive it, please return it the same way otherwise a refilling charge of $120.00 will apply. Can refill LPG at Waitomo in Putaruru or Caltex in TIrau.
- At the end of the booking a 9c/km RUC will apply
- AdBlue is included in booking
- Please treat our camper as if it were your own. If you have any questions feel free to get in touch, we are only too happy to help.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
