Guest Reviews: Lisa L. 26 Apr 2022 Linda and Graham were absolutely lovely. They picked us up from the airport and gave us a full run down of the RV before we went upon our way. The camper was exceedingly clean and everything we could need was provided. As we hired over Easter they were also kind enough to do an Easter egg hunt around the RV for our girls, who were over the moon to find chocolate under their pillows!!! Hiring rules
- We strongly encourage you to take the full insurance cover.
- If you are arriving on a longhaul flight please plan to spend your first night in Christchurch to ensure that you are adequately rested.
- Our team is fully vaccinated against Covid 19 and we expect customers to be as well.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO music festivals.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to an average of 200 km's a day with a maximum of 1800km's included in the normal booking price. After 1800km's, you will be charged 30.c per kilometre at the completion of the trip from your bond. (Most trips are less than 1800km with a few at 2100km which would be an extra $90.00).
- FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- Road user charges are additional to the daily rate $9.00 per 100km calculated on completion of the hire.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
