Everything you need for off grid living. Has been home for 4 years but now we have built our house we want others to enjoy some great NZ adventures. Large tanks, plenty of gas, dual house batteries and solar means you can go offline for days at a time. Outdoor shower fitting to wash those sandy beach feet, pull out awning, AC (on power only), gas heating, 2 bike rack, reverse camera, great touch screen Bluetooth radio and loads of storage. Basic pantry items included. Sat tv-note due to changes in satellite the tv reception is spotty at best in the south. We have an extensive DVD collection. Option to include linens, folding table and chairs, etc for those who want to travel light. We even allow pets (additional cleaning fee applies)! Delivery to Queenstown airport can be arranged at extra cost. Minimum rental period varies depending on availability and season. We offer some flexibility so always ask the question and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Additional information

We will include an electric kettle, toaster and fan heater for when you are connected to power and a stove top kettle for those off grid days. We also have a soda stream under the counter for a bubbly beverage treat and a coffee plunger for those who just can't do without.

Hiring rules

No smoking.
Additional Charges payable at end of rental
1. RUC charges to be paid at end of rental @9 cents a km.
2. Includes 200km/day ie total 2800km for 14 day hire. Additional km over allowance charged at 25 cents/km.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $200.00 per day
Service fee: $150.00
Delivery fee: $1.00 per km

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We had a fairly short, but amazing trip across the South Island. The van suited our needs, a squeeze at times for 4 adults, but we all managed to travel well, eat well and sleep well. Tania was in communication throughout fhe process. She and Rhys explained the van and it's intricacies during the handover and there were no issues over the course of the trip.

An awesome, home away from home, on wheels. Really large, plenty of space to spread out, and not have to pack beds away each day. Well equipped with everything we needed, great value & Tania & Rhys were so lovely & easy to liaise with.

It was a great trip.We went to parts of Dunedin we had never been to on the coast. Van was great and kids love it fist Roadie With the girls and definitely not the last . Van life is were its at Thanks Rhys and Tania for sharing you van with us .
