Hiring rules
- Non smoking
- Road User Charges apply, calculated at 0.09c per km travelled.
- No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads.
- Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
- No smoking inside / no pets OR pets only upon application / no festivals
- Hirer age restrictions (21 or 25)
- Awning must be t be packed away before bad weather arises.
- Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 0800 779 779 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
- Cooking gas to be returned full – refill from petrol stations and keep the receipt
- Road User Charges are additional to your daily set rate and charged at 0.09c per km travelled
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Rosmin 5.0We rented the caravan for a 5 day escape, and it was our first time. The caravan was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well equipped kitchen and cozy sleeping areas. The rental process was smooth, and Eldon & Katherine were incredibly helpful and friendly. Eldon gave us a test drive and brief tour of the van.We had a fantastic time exploring the North Island 0and enjoyed the flexibility of having our accommodation on wheels. Highly recommended!
