Special towing information

TOW BALL - high rise 50mm REQUIRED (double check yours is NOT the standard 1&7/8). High rise 50mm available for hire of $20, and complimentary fitting can be done at the local Bridgestone Orewa workshop prior to picking up the booking (details provided at booking). Otherwise tools and towball provided for you to swap your towball on pickup. TOW VEHICLE legally required to be minimum 2.5 tonne braked rated (https://www.aa.co.nz/cars/owning-a-car/towing/towing-weights) TOTAL LENGTH of van and drawbar is 7.3m TYRE PRESSURES - COLD 56psi or WARM 62psi

  • • EMERGENCY if an accident occurs get off the road, stay safe, call camplify 0800 779 779.
  • • DAMAGE if damage happens, please report it IMMEDIATELY to owner so repair/replacement features can be sourced as delays are lengthy!

  • • Travel on UNSEALED/GRAVEL ROADS is allowed OFF ROAD needs detail before confirmation.
  • • CLEANING make it easy and pay for the clean me payment option. By SELECTING the clean me option I can provide all necessary LINEN/BEDDING at no additional cost.
  • • Toilet cassette MUST be returned as found (empty, clean, fresh and ready for others to use). Dump station location Q code available in caravan instructions.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Rhondda is an excellent host. Her communication is outstanding, and the handover was great with a tour of everything and a manual. The caravan is very well kitted out with everything you need. This was our first caravan holiday. We only found it difficult to put up the awning. Thank you Rhondda
