Rhondda is an excellent host. Her communication is outstanding, and the handover was great with a tour of everything and a manual. The caravan is very well kitted out with everything you need. This was our first caravan holiday. We only found it difficult to put up the awning. Thank you Rhondda

What a positive experience. Rhondda is such a bubbly person and so easy to communicate with. She took me first around the outside of the caravan and explained everything that you need to know and give you some great tips while you camping. Inside the caravan she opened each cupboard and hatch and explains what is inside and how to use it. The caravan is fully equipped with anything that you would need. Rhondda has a summary of everything that needs to be done and it is laminated in a folder inside the caravan. This is our first time caravaning and this list was invaluable. In one of the cupboards there was a box of special treats for us to have on our holiday. That was just so special. We towed this caravan with our MITSUBISHI ASX and it towed like a dream. The caravan is in outstanding condition and has excellent brakes. I can recommend this caravan and member to everyone that wants a good caravan for a time away.

Rhondda was a fantastic host, great communication from the outset. Very clear set of instructions provided and detailed run through of the van on pick up. The van was exactly as described and in line with what we were expecting - clean and tidy on pick up - we had a wonderful weekend away, 2 adults and 2 young kids - will be back in touch!
