Hiring rules
- PICK UP in Queenstown, Frankton area. Please discuss about the time and location with us. We work on MonFriday.
- DROP OFF Ideally in Queenstown area. But depends on how many days you rent our van. Feel free to chat about your travel destination with us.
- EMERGENCY If an accident happends, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0800 779 779
- DAMAGE If you damage vehicle, please report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required and a police report if possible.
- NO SMOKING Inside the vehicle
- NO OFFROAD
- NO Beach Driving and Camping
- ROAD KILOMETRES Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 250kms a day. Example: 5days hire x 250kms allowance 1250kms for hire permitted in total. Additional kms will be charged at 50c per km.
- FUEL (91) Return full tank at checkout. Petrol 91 only! Leave the receipt in the van.
- GAS Return full tank at checkout. Leave the receipt in the van.
- CLEANING Please take your belongings and rubbish when you checkout. We will deep clean, but please keep it clean and Please return with same condition.
- TOILET you can use if absolutely necessary. If used, empty the cassette into a legal dump site or toilet and clean it thoroughly. If not empty and clean, we will charge $300.00.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The van was perfect for our trip and had everything we needed! They even picked us up and dropped us at the airport which was really kind. Would definitely recommend:)
Cédric 5.0What an incredible companion Tiger turned out to be for our South New Zealand adventure! After covering 2300 km together, we can confidently say this van exceeded all our expectations. Tiger handled every road perfectly, making our journey from campsite to campsite completely seamless. The comfort level inside was outstanding - it truly felt like our cozy home on wheels. We've developed such a fondness for Tiger that saying goodbye was actually quite emotional (yes, we ended up personifying our van, but he deserved it!). For anyone considering a South New Zealand road trip, we couldn't recommend Tiger more highly. It's the perfect blend of reliability, comfort, and practicality. Tiger isn't just a van - he'll become your trusted travel companion, just as he did for us. We already miss our time with Tiger and would book him again in a heartbeat!
