No worries at all – we’ll guide you through everything so you feel confident before you head off! --- A Few Extras to Make Your Trip Easier ✨ • Pickup/Drop-off Location: Frankton – We can also deliver the van to your location or the airport – Delivery service fee: $30.00 each way • Pickup Times: – We work Monday–Friday (8am–5pm) – Please let us know your preferred pickup time and check with us before confirming your booking • Free Storage: – Safe storage available for extra luggage or hard-shell suitcases • Travel Tips: – Happy to share advice on campsites and help with your trip planning --- We’re here to make your journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible – just ask if you need anything 😊

• – This may vary depending on your booking duration, so feel free to chat with us about your travel plans

• – In case of an accident, pull over safely and ensure everyone is okay
• – Call Camplify on 0800 779 779
• • Damage:
• – Please report any damage immediately (who, what, where, and when)
• – A police report is required where possible
• Vehicle Rules 🚫
• • No smoking inside the vehicle
• • No offroad driving
• • No beach driving or camping
• Kilometres & Charges ⛽
• • Road Kilometres:
• – 200 km per day included
• – Example: 5day hire = 1000 km total
• – Extra distance charged at $0.80 per km
• • Diesel Road User Charges:
• – $0.09 per km (charged after your trip)
• Fuel & Gas 🔋
• • Diesel:
• – Please return with a full tank (diesel only)
• – Leave the receipt in the van

• Cleaning 🧼
• • Take the rubbish out and empty waste water tank at checkout.
• • We will handle a full clea, but kindly keep the van tidy during your trip
• • Please respect our van (Nico/Luffy) and avoid excessive mess

• • For emergency use only
• • If used, please empty at a legal dump station and clean thoroughly
• • A $300.00 fee will apply if not emptied and cleaned

  It was our first time driving a campervan. Shion and her partner provided us with many helpful details and tips. The van was clean and came with cookware, utensils, sheets, and pillows. Its a great fit for 23 people. Shion is really nice and replies the messages quickly, would highly recommend to book a van from them!
