Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Pierre 4.8We had a great time with this van. It definitely met our needs. Its not big so easier to handle vs the bigger vans, but it feels roomier than expected once we were properly installed. Connor was a great host, he communicated well with us. We had a couple of camper equipment issues early on and Connor organized for those to get fixed very quickly which we appreciated. I would hire from Connor again.
Tim 5.0We had a fantastic holiday with the van from Connor. Travelled for a month through the North and South Island of New Zealand without any trouble! The van was just like in the pictures and had plenty of space for us 2. The Van has an automatic gear and quite narrow, so getting used to driving left was no problem at all. Thanks for being a great host and the wonderful stay in NZ.
