Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Rosalie 5.0The communication & friendliness of Kim made our experience in Roadie great before our trip even started. Had a fabulous, relaxing few days away - good value, easy to drive, very comfy seats & everything we needed inside the van - even complimentary wine & bikkies! The mini fridge, phone chargers & awning were well used too. Lift the rear door, relax on the back seat & watch the sunsets - bliss!
Rhea 5.0Honestly we had the best time in this van!! Kim was very organised and responsive. We had the van for a total of 4 days and it was perfect for what we needed. We could easily spend months in this and be comfortable. We used the van for a birthday weekend getaway to find Kim had put a bottle of wine and chocolates in the mini fridge for us as a gift!! We would 100% use this van again :)
