WHAT YOU'LL BE PROVIDED WITH:
SLEEPING: The seating area fits together to become a double sized bed for two. Bring your own linen (sheets, towels), or we can arrange this for you at an additional cost.
KITCHEN: Lindy comes with a fully equiped kitchen (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs), a portable gas stove, clean running water and a fold down bench top so you have the option of cooking outside as well as inside. The grey water tank is easy to empty, please do so regularly if you are using a lot of water, only in the designated places (these are always clearly signposted).
TOILET: TOILET: Lindy comes with a fixed toilet
OTHER AMENITIES: Lindy comes with an outdoor table, and two chairs. Reversing camera, rood racks and tow bar.

Additional information
If you want a fun, unique van thats full of character to make epic road trip memories in, Lindy is your gal- she is not an old vehicle so less maintenance on those long trips. Please help keep Lindy fit and healthy checking the oil and water regularly is a must and mileage needs to be kept to max 200km per day. If you're planning a trip around the whole of NZ in a week this may not be the van for you! EVERY VEHICLE MUST BE RETURNED BY 12PM ON THE RETURN DATE, as per our strict return policy. Unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking, a late fee will apply. Returns exceeding 5 hours late will incur a full-day hire charge, while delays under 5 hours will be charged at a half-day hire rate.
Hiring rules
- No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs in or near the vehicle at any time.
- Pets may be considered — please message to discuss and we can explore an arrangement.
- The hirer/driver must be 25 years or older, unless otherwise discussed in advance and covered under the insurance premium we provide.
- No unsealed roads. The vehicle must remain on sealed roads only.
- Hirers are welcome to travel up to 200 km per day, averaged over the total hire period.
- Example: 4day hire × 200 km = 800 km included in the rate.
- Additional kilometres are charged at $0.50 per km and will be deducted at the completion of the hire.
- The vehicle must be returned in the same clean condition as at handover. Please ensure:
- All rubbish is removed, Fridge is emptied, Dishes are washed, dried, and put away. The portable toilet is emptied and cleaned. Failure to return the vehicle clean will incur an excess cleaning fee of $150.00.
- Return the vehicle with the fuel tank full – all hires include a full tank upon departure.
- Return with the wastewater tank empty.
- You do not need to worry about refilling the fresh water tank.
- Pickup and dropoff are generally at similar times at 12pm (noon); however, we can be flexible with prior arrangement.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
