Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Dario Raven 4.5We had an amazing time with Doreen, she drove smoothly throughout the three weeks. The interior was well thought out and you get used to living in it quickly. Kevin was super easy going to communicate with, quick responses and very relaxed and helpful. Bit hard without car/uber to get to the pickup point as its outside Christchurch, but one can manage! Wed totally go for this again!
Polly 5.0We loved our trip in Doreen! Kevin was super helpful, and always only a message away. The pickup and drop off was so easy - Kevin worked around our plans to drop the van back in Auckland, which was great for us. A really reliable van, with no problems. Memories made to last us a lifetime!
