Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Ursi 5.0Mary is a great van and we enjoyed our travels with her. The setup is a little awkward with the sink under the mattress in the back. The storage space was difficult to use as there was no way to keep suitcases from falling out while driving. We didn't convert the bed every day as we used the folding table and camping chairs instead. With converting the bed, the sink would be more accessible. Overall, a decent van for the price!
Grant 4.8I zoomed around the South Island with Mary and had an amazing time. Comfortable for a solo traveller, with great communication throughout.
William 5.0Kevin was an absolute lifesaver as the van that we had originally reserved, with a different owner, was cancelled last minute. The van drove well and has recently been outfitted. The van was very well equipped for our holiday and we had a great 3 weeks with the van.
Tilda 4.8We had 11 wonderful days with Mary! I could definitely recommend anyone to go on a vacation with this van. Kevin also had very good communication and understanding!
