Hiring rules

• 🚨 EMERGENCY
• If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, and call Camplify on 0800 779 779.
• 🛠️ DAMAGE
• If any damage occurs, you must report it immediately. Include who, what, where, when, and provide photo documentation.
• 🚫 RULES
• • No offroad, no beach driving, no extended gravel roads
• • No smoking inside
• • Unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing via Camplify Messages before your trip begins.
• Please ensure you’re familiar with the exclusions, terms, and conditions of your booking.
• ⛽ FUEL
• Return the van with a full tank of 91 petrol – all hires include a full tank upon departure.
• 🧼 CLEANING (if you haven’t selected “Clean de Van for Me”)
• Please make sure to:
• • Clean the van inside – includes cool box, vacuuming floor and seats, clean kitchen area, cutlery, pots, and pans.
• • Ventilate the van often to prevent mold on the sealing (this is not acceptable).
• • Clean the van outside – remove bugs from the front, wash off mud, dust, and clean windows.
• • Empty and flush the grey water tank.
• • Empty the fresh water tank before return.
• • Empty and flush the toilet
• 🛣️ TOLL ROADS
• Tolls must be paid within 5 days at www.nzta.govt.nz.
