Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

William Ihirwe 5.0John was very friendly and easy to deal with. The van was in excellent condition and everything worked perfectly. The handover was smooth and uncomplicated. Would definitely recommend!
Yuval 5.0We traveled for 2 months with Vanessa and we had a great experience! The van fulfilled all of our needs, there were 2 big beds and enough room for storage. The kitchen and the fridge were good. Also, the reverse camera was very useful. Another big bonus was the communication weve had with John. John was great and always helped us with everything that we needed, including a pay for some equipment that we wanted to add. I highly recommend this van for a great trip around New Zealand!
Lécrivain 5.0Ideal campervan for a small family. We traveled the country for 1 month with our 1 year old baby and it was perfect. Complete accessories and possibility to ask for extra things for comfort. John is responsive and attentive. The + John is very accommodating to collect or return the Campervan. Do not hesitate you will be delighted with "Vanessa".
