Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Eugenio 5.0We rented the van for a month, and it soon became an integral part of our memory book. We traveled nearly 7000km around the whole country, and had no mechanical issue whatsoever. As a matter of fact, it was a pleasure to drive it around the winding mountain roads in the South Island, and a great shelter for when it was time to camp, regardless of the weather conditions. We particularly enjoyed the amount of storage and the comfort of a proper mattress, as opposed to a foldable one. As per Bradley, he was very helpful and communicative as we encountered some issues with the extra battery in the van. We had to replace it for a new one mid trip. And while it would still not appear sufficient to power the fridge and anything else at the same time, he was going to look into the root cause and Im certain this will have already been fixed by the time this review goes public. Great experience overall. We definitely recommend renting this van!
