• Vehicle to be put through the car wash and cleaned inside prior to returning. Internal and External Clean
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0800 779 779
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the booking.
• LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 kilometres a day. This will be averaged out over the duration of hire Example: 5 days hire 5 x 200 km Allowance: 1000 km for hire permitted in the rate, additional kms will be charged at 50c per km and deducted on completion of the hire.
• FUEL Return full of PETROL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• CLEANING Clean the equipment and Vehicle to be put through the car wash and cleaned inside prior to returning.
• PET RULES If you wish to bring your Pet along with you please bring your own Linen, Bedding and Pillows

  This well-used 2005 van should be removed from rental use. We received the van with the front bumper cover zip tied on to the passenger side. Wheel well/fender splash sheild missing. Plastic panel on lower passenger door broken. The vehicle pulls to the right when driving. Sever and unsafe stearing wheel shake when breaks are warm when going down hill. Makes us wonder if it has been in an accident recently? Glove box broken. No windshield washer fluid Privacy curtain cord front loops/ screw kept coming out, and curtains fell down. Had to fix them twice the first night. Privacy curtains are not wide enough to cover windows letting in light while trying to sleep and did NOT provide adequate privacy. Passenger drink tray broken and Drink trays fithy. Passenger seat belt latch sticky. Cigarette lighter usb port hanging loose. Random plug under passenger mat just hanging and not connected to what it should be connected to. Radio and vehicle information panel in Japanese. Old stained seat covers. When we returned the van, we pointed out the mechanical and structural issues. She stated it had just passed an inspection. However, she also stated it is booked in with a mechanic the next day.

  Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. We take all reviews seriously, however we do feel this one does not fairly reflect the condition or safety of our vehicle. This is a 2005 van, and while it is not brand new, it is regularly maintained and had recently passed a mechanical inspection prior to your hire. At no point has it been deemed unsafe to operate. Any maintenance already scheduled with our mechanic was part of routine upkeep, not in response to safety concerns. Many of the items mentioned are cosmetic or minor wear and tear consistent with the age of the vehicle, and these are reflected in the pricing of the rental. We always aim to be transparent about what customers can expect. We do wish these concerns had been raised with us during your hire, as we are always happy to assist and resolve any issues immediately where possible. We are committed to providing a reliable and affordable service, and we appreciate all constructive feedback that helps us improve. We wish you all the best with your future travels.

  Loxy was a great little van, she drove well and was very comfy considering the compact size! The van came with everything we needed for a 3 week trip

  We had a great time in this van. It drives really well and is well set up with everything you need. Anwyn is a responsive host. I do think that the door on the passenger side needs attention- it was difficult to open and a little frustrating to deal with on our camping trip as the fridge was on that side. That is the only downside. Other than that, a great little van.

  Loxy was a lovely travel buddy on my trek through NZ. Drove and handled great, felt very reliable and safe. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Anwyn was prompt with responses to my questions and was very detailed in getting me prepared and on the road.
