Additional information
We have a stand-up paddleboard that can be included in the hire for an additional rental price if you are interested- though it takes up a little extra space!
Hiring rules
- No smoking allowed please!
- Please take the awning down in bad weather to avoid damage
- Please return it as you find it, treat it like your own :)
- If you use the toilet please ensure it is empty and cleaned with the products supplied
- Only able to offer pick up and drop off at the same location in Auckland. Please ask for airport pickups and drop offs as we are often able to help (for an additional fee)
- If you rent the paddleboard please ensure it is rinsed of any salt water and dry before putting away
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
