Hiring rules
- EMERGENCY If any warning lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call emergency services on 111 if required. Or call Camplify on +643 668 1211 and choose 4 for roadside assistance. Then call us.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside/ NO pets
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the booking.
- LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 kilometres a day. This will be averaged out over the duration of hire. Example: 5 days hire 5 x 200km Allowance: 1000km for hire permitted in the rate, additional kms will be charged at 50c per km and deducted on completion of the hire.
- FUEL Return full of PETROL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- CLEANING If you don't choose 'clean de van for me' please remember to take care about:
- clean the van inside (this includes fridge, vacuum mattress, floor, seats, clean windows, cutlery, pots and pans. Also you have to wash the bedding, there is a laundry accross the road)
- clean the van outside (bugs and insects from the front, mud, dust, windows)
- NO cooking in the living/bed area.

- If you gonna need an airport transfer after dropping off the van, please let us know in advance to organize it. Cost of transfer is $120.00.
- If you want to cross to South Island be sure to book the ferry in advance. Check availability in the followings websites:

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jonathan 5.0My partner and I spent 30 days driving Ocean V around the North and South Islands of NZ. The van was excellent. It was exactly as described and, as first time campervan users, the whole experience was straightforward. It was comfortable to drive and sleep in and easy to turn into a dining or sleeping set up each evening. We had a few difficulties with the Bluetooth sound system so we ended up purchasing our own speaker which worked well. Ramiro was helpful and communicative in offering solutions but the separate speaker was easier for us in the end. I would definitely recommend this to anyone planning to go on a roadtrip around NZ. Especially first timers or people less familiar the campervans.
Roberto 5.0The van works perfectly, its honestly very comfortable. We had beautiful naps in it, and we cooked delicious meals by the sea. The interaction with the owners was very easy, simple, and pleasant. I hope I get the chance to use these wonderful vans again in the future.
Benjamin 5.0We had a fantastic time with the van. We drove it for a week and had a great time all over the north island. Ramiro and his partner made everything easy, and were very communicative. Cant wait to drive the van again next time were there!
