Peace of Mind While You Travel White Bigfoot is fitted with a GPS tracker to ensure your safety throughout the journey. In case of an emergency or unexpected event, we’re able to locate the van and assist quickly. It also helps protect your belongings while you’re out exploring, so you can enjoy your adventure with confidence.

Hiring rules

  • 🚨 EMERGENCY
  • If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, and call Camplify on 0800 779 779.
  • πŸ› οΈ DAMAGE
  • If any damage occurs, you must report it immediately. Include who, what, where, when, and provide photo documentation.
  • 🚫 RULES
  • β€’ No offroad, no beach driving, no extended gravel roads
  • β€’ No smoking inside
  • β€’ Unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing via Camplify Messages before your trip begins.
  • Please ensure you’re familiar with the exclusions, terms, and conditions of your booking.
  • β›½ FUEL
  • Return the van with a full tank of 91 petrol – all hires include a full tank upon departure.
  • 🧼 CLEANING (if you haven’t selected β€œClean de Van for Me”)
  • The campervan must be returned clean and tidy, inside and out, including toilet and water tanks.
  • If the camper is not returned in the same condition as provided, an automatic cleaning fee will be charged.

  • Tolls must be paid within 5 days at www.nzta.govt.nz.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    This is a cosy van that has great essentials! We had a great time, and loved calling this van home for a couple weeks.

    We had a wonderful time in Jaynie's van. We rented the camper for a 1-month trip around North Island and we felt like home the whole time. This home-made build is cozy and easy to use with a real comfy bed, fridge, battery (USB charger and 220v inverter), plenty of storage under the bed and a decent water autonomy (25L). The vehicule itself is well maintained and took us anywhere we wanted to, even on steep gravel roads! Jaynie was a wonderful host with a great communication and a warm welcome. Can't recommend more!

    This Van is the perfect campervan for a couples vacation in NZ. It drives wonderfully and the turn radius is superb. The bed was soft and the amenities made it possible to travel anywhere in NZ comfortably. Jaynie was incredibly helpful and communicative during the trip. I couldnt recommend this van more for anyone looking to campervan their way around the country.
