-CLEANING: Clean the Van's Interior before returning the Vehicle (This includes the Mattress, Floor, Seats, Windows, Toilet, Cutlery, Plates/Bowls, and Cooking Pots/Pans. Make sure to also wash the Bedsheets/Pillowcases/Blankets and Bath/Kitchen Towels and Clean any extra included Amenities as well) -WATER TANKS: Empty the Waste Water Tank before returning the vehicle. Make sure to Flush Out the Waste Water Tank with Clean Water along with the Waster Water Tank Pipes. -FUEL: Return the Van with full PETROL - Van rentals come provided with a full fuel tank before departure -DAMAGE: If any damage to the Van occurs, you must report it immediately. The 'who, what, where, and when' will be required NO OFF ROADING/NO BEACH DRIVING/NO GRAVEL ROADS DRIVING/NO SMOKING INSIDE VEHICLE/NO PETS If you want to cross between North Island and South Island, be sure to book the ferry in advance.   The van is practically brand new. Exceptionally clean and low mileage. Easy to drive, easy to park, easy to tuck in for the night. The hardest part is cleaning the toilet & I never was able to figure out how to clear the grey water. I would recommend either a more thorough explanation at pick up or a few YouTube links to help. (Its difficult to find on your own with limited WiFi.) I also added some non-stick pads to help in the cupboard (prevents everything from sliding around), ice chest, and a knife with cutting board. Otherwise, the van and service was amazingly good for the price and quality. They even have a shuttle to take you to the international airport.
