-CLEANING: Clean the Van's Interior before returning the Vehicle (This includes the Mattress, Floor, Seats, Windows, Toilet, Cutlery, Plates/Bowls, and Cooking Pots/Pans. Make sure to also wash the Bedsheets/Pillowcases/Blankets and Bath/Kitchen Towels and Clean any extra included Amenities as well) -WATER TANKS: Empty the Waste Water Tank before returning the vehicle. Make sure to Flush Out the Waste Water Tank with Clean Water along with the Waster Water Tank Pipes. -FUEL: Return the Van with full PETROL - Van rentals come provided with a full fuel tank before departure -DAMAGE: If any damage to the Van occurs, you must report it immediately. The 'who, what, where, and when' will be required NO OFF ROADING/NO BEACH DRIVING/NO GRAVEL ROADS DRIVING/NO SMOKING INSIDE VEHICLE/NO PETS If you want to cross between North Island and South Island, be sure to book the ferry in advance. Hiring rules

  • No smoking
  • No pets
  • No beach driving
  • No Off Road driving or extended driving on gravel roads.
  • Fuel tank will be full upon pickup and must be returned full.
  • Water tanks need to be emptied.
  • Vehicle and all equipment (including toilet) must be returned clean
  • Any damage needs to be reported immediately.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Very decent van. The bed was comfy, storage unit underneath is a bit hard to access. Fridge was good size. We had a great time.
