  • Follow all New Zealand road rules and speed limits at all times.
  • No offroad driving strictly sealed roads only.
  • No pets allowed to ensure cleanliness and allergy safety.
  • No smoking or vaping inside the motorhome.
  • No freecamping outside designated areas only use approved sites or campgrounds.
  • Ensure the roof vent is fully closed whenever the vehicle is in motion.
  • Please treat the vehicle with care, just as you would your own home.
  • 🔄 Before You Return
  • Refill the diesel tank to full before dropoff.
  • Refill the 9kg LPG bottle to full.
  • Refill the fresh water tank and completely empty the grey water tank.
  • Empty and rinse the toilet cassette thoroughly (unless a cleaning package was prebooked).
  • Ensure the interior is tidy by sweeping the floors and wiping down kitchen surfaces and tables.
  • 📊 PostHire Charges
  • Road User Charges (RUC): Calculated upon return at 0.09 per km travelled.
  • Excess Mileage: The rental includes an average of 200 km per day. Any additional distance will be charged at 0.35 per km.
  • 📞 In Case of Issues
  • Any damage, warning lights, or mechanical issues must be reported to the host immediately.
  • In case of emergency or breakdown, pull over safely and call Camplify Roadside Assistance at 03 668 1211, then notify the host.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had an amazing first motorhome experience! Peter made the entire process so easy; he is super friendly and always replied to our messages almost instantly. We took the van off-grid for five days and it handled it like a dreamthe new deep cycle battery meant we never had to worry about power. The motorhome was clean, easy to drive, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable for the whole family. Peter really goes the extra mile with thoughtful touches and useful accessories. We cant recommend him enough!
