Clean and tidy motorhome in excellent condition. Engine runs smoothly and reliably.

Hiring rules

  • No smoking inside the motorhome
  • Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure
  • RUC Charges $9.00 per 100km Camplify will deduct on completion of the hire.
  • No oneway hires pickup and drop off from our residence only
  • No offroad or beach driving
  • Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises and not to be left up overnight or when away from the motorhome
  • RV must return clean with toilet cassette and grey water emptied
  • 9kg gas bottles to be returned full
  • No wet wipes down the toilet (it'll block it !)
  • Please don't put coffee beans down the sink drains
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The van and Elijym were fantastic. Som 5 stars. What wasn't fantastic was the booking system with Camplify and the condescending email I received after stating the van was booked for Auckland, and then stated Palmy. I ended up staying up 24 hours trying to book another van after I got the emial back from Camplify. Then to be told it was still in Auckland. Camplify need to change your booking system and actually listen.

    Well it was a great experience hiring this motor home driving around NZ , had 4kids and my wife in this and it never missed a beat. Elijym communication and timing is on point and vehicle Services are upto date reason why we didn't have any problems driving around. We definitely will hire again on our next trip.
