Hiring rules

• This is a nonsmoking van. If evidence of smoking is found, hirer will be charged a $250.00 fee to remove any odours.
• No cooking of odorous foods such as fish and strong smelling spices. If evidence of cooking such items is found, hirer will be charged a $100.00 fee to remove odours.
• No driving on unsealed roads. Any damage caused by not following this rule will result in out of pocket charges not covered by your insurance for repairs and added wear.
• Vehicle to be returned in a tidy state and with grey and black water emptied. Hire comes with grey water drain cable and you will be shown how to empty it upon hire. Hirer will also be shown how to empty toilet and refill with proper chemical solution (included in hire). An additional $150.00 cleaning fee incurred if grey/black tanks are not emptied.
• Vehicle to be returned refueled with DIESEL fuel. All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• As this is a diesel vehicle, Road User Charges (RUC) are additional to the daily hire rate and charged at $0.09 per km ($9.00 per 100km) as per the NZ Transport Agency guidelines. The cost is calculated on return using the odometer reading.
• Hires include up to 200km of driving per day, totalled at the end of the trip. Additional distance is calculated at $0.50 per km.
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0800 779 779
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately to camplify and message me on the app who, what, where and when.
• PICK UP / DROP OFF:
• We request a pick up upon arrival between 12pm and 4pm and a drop off at the end of your arrival by 4pm. Alternate times may work depending on scheduled rentals before and after, please arrange these times in advance of rental.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  Andi & Charlies van was perfect for our 2 week trip on the North Island. Its comfortable, has everything you need, such a good layout and just overall really great to live out of while on the road. Would definitely recommend it

  We had the best experience hiring through Andi & Charlie. The van exceeded our expectations and the handover of the van was incredible, even better that we could keep referring to the videos whilst on the trip if we forgot anything. The van had everything we needed and more, the bed was super comfy. Overall we couldnt fault anything. Would 100% recommend hiring through these guys, if we ever come back to NZ we will go through them again.

  This Van was awesome, we had it for 7 days and it had everything we needed. It exceeded our expectations! We were able to see so much of the North Island and we were comfortable the whole way. Van never let us down and had everything we needed and more. Andi was great and communicated with us instantly when we had questions, but we also had heaps of videos to refer to, so most of our questions were answered in the handover videos! We would hire again is we travelled back to NZ.

  We had a great experience in the Off Grid Oasis from start to finish! The handover and drop off process was seamless - we requested airport drop off and Andi was right on time and super helpful right from the start. The additional video instructions provided were also a big plus as we could refer to these if we forgot anything from the handover. The van was really spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip, we could not fault it! Overall, we had an incredible experience travelling the North Island in the Off Grid Oasis and would highly recommend it.
