Kontkik 764. This is a non driving RV rental ie our RV is rented for on site accommodation only, the RV can't leave the property. It is brand new, comfy 2 x Large single beds at the back, hot shower, toilet etc, cooking facilities. We are careful who we rent this to as is our pride and joy so request careful, considerate renters who are looking for some cosy, handy accommodation near Frankton. The bus stop is less than 100m away, $2 gets you to Queenstown or Arrowtown. Plenty of parking if you have a vehicle. Power supplied.

Hiring rules
- No smoking, no parties or loud music. Please treat our RV like it is your grandma's!
- Please do not use the awning as we have unpredictable winds.
- Remember to turn off the electric heating before bed or if you leave the RV as it gets uncomfortably hot under the beds and for safety.
- As this is a static stay on site, obviously the RV is not to be moved at all.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
